My experience of the admin staff has been very good. They were helpful, efficient and friendly. This also applies to Dr Ritchie, who was thorough and kind. All of this is significant when you’re sick
My visit today was just as great as my first visit. The office is clean, tidy and staffed with pleasant, professional people. The wait is never long and the doctors are engaged and experienced. I am very happy with the care I've received.
Needed to see a doctor on Boxing Day and RMC was open. Dr Ritchie took the time to understand my condition and sent me away with a prescription and follow up info. Not impersonal like some of the big medical centres. Very pleased with the service and care.
Walked in, I had no appointment on a Saturday morning. Got to see a doctor in less than 20 minutes. He was pleasant and thorough. And the receptionist was really quite professional and polite. An all round excellent experience. Thanks.
have been going to this practise for 3 years now. All the doctors ive seen are fantastic but Dr Sheba De is just amazing. Takes the time to really listen and is very thorough. She's also fantastic with children.
