Small but mighty! A great selection of vintage and new items. I appreciate that there were only 3 food vendors, neatly tucked awayI had a delicious lunch from a place called Himalayan I was looking for jewelry, clothing and other interesting finds and found exactly that. If you're looking for produce or other edible options, this is not a food focused market. Bring cash!! Besides being the best way to support small business, some vendors were not set up with electronic payment options. There are also plenty of shops and cafes on the main street if your shopping itch still needs scratching. Try C'est Bon for a delicious cappuccino and french apple pie.
Limited food options but many things to look around! Had so much fun
There is one store selling mango smoothie showing mango slices on top of the smoothie which costs AUD 8. But it turned out that there was no mango flesh just a mixture with lots of milk and little mango blended into the milk. You can tell from the picture that I have taken.
Such a fun place to visit! A great way to relax and take a stroll on a lazy Saturday. There’s loads to see — quirky stalls, vintage treasures, and plenty of items that bring back memories of your grandparents’ collection of “things.” It’s lively, full of character, and such an enjoyable way to spend your time.nnThe food options are a bit limited but very popular, and while parking can be tricky, the market’s just off Victoria Road with plenty of bus connections nearby. It’s also close to lots of great cafés and restaurants. Definitely a great spot to explore and soak up the atmosphere!
Cool vintage vibe. You can find parking just up the street, turn left at El Jannah charcoal chicken and then drive up till you see a free carpark area on the left hand side. This parking area fills up quickly so get here early to get a spot. Reason for giving 4 stars is they advertised on FB that they had a matcha cart onsite but they didn't which was disappointing as that was the draw card to get my hubby to drive there. The cafe across the street does matcha lattes which saved the day.
