The galley at rmyc is great place to escape and share a fabulous meal , and a special birthday party , the head chef matt andnHis happy team provided excellent service and delicious menu with many choices fromnSeared scallops, oyster natural , no pics sorry , ate them to quickly, a friend the the bar manager ryan recommended prawn linguini, excellent, Thai beef salad, and many favourites, great location on the water, great prices , plenty of parking , I highly recommend
I was really looking forward to coming back to RMYC to try the new caterer, after the last visit for an evening meal was terrible from the previous caterer. We went for a lunch on Saturday so was not busy. Service was friendly, food variety was just what you got at your local pub. Not a lot different. With a new caterer in place I thought there would be more imagination of some spectacular meals. Food was presented better than previous caterer, all was served hot at least. we had a child’s meal cheeseburger and chips and a barramundi with pumpkin purée and roast pumpkin, way too much overloaded with pumpkin and more pumpkin.nI wouldn’t rush back here. I came for the new menu and view but was disappointed. Need some more choices of food.
Went here for my Birthday dinner.nGreat food and very good service! nDom and his team at The Gallery are a great addition to the Club. We will be back!
2 kids meals, 1 adult Battered fish and chips, 1 adult chicken Schnitzel.nAll food was poor at best. Soggy undercooked chips, poor crumb on Schnitzel with no crunch, more batter than fish in each piece of Beer Battered fish.nOverall experience was poor. Won't be back.
Disappointing, poor customer service. I booked table to celebrate my Dad’s 80th for lunch, we were seated at an after thought table squeezed at side at the top of the stairwell, we were all absolutely freezing & uncomfortable, I politely asked 3 times if there was anything they could do, had zero response, we were completely ignored. I appreciate there are limits to what can be fixed, but ignoring is unacceptable. Shame that otherwise easy resolved discomfort ruined it.
