We have been coming here over many years, but last Friday afternoon they lost my business. I wanted to buy 2 fruit whips frozen yoghurt blended with fruit to take away to put in the freezer for use the next night we have 3 young grandchildren who stay over on weekends & it is their ‘treat’, but going into Hastings St on Sat night with 3 kids is not fun!. But I was told that they can’t do it take-away, despite the fact that I’ve been getting it on our holiday breaks for the past 2 -3 years. When I mentioned that, the girl told me that she has been there for 12 years & they don’t do it, because they can’t get the quantity right - I’m not sure how they get the quantity right when it’s in the regular sized cup?? All I wanted was the regular size, but in a take-away container - heaven forbid if I got 2 tablespoons extra, rather than washing it down the sink!! So they lost my $20 sale & we’ve now found another option that the grandkids are happy with … so you’ve lost our business!!
. Definitely the best gelato I ever had in Australia. Not too sweet but authentic natural taste brings you joyful senses. I tried maple macademia and mango not sorbetfor myself yet also tried coconut and raspberrywas good. Their natural colors tell you some good signs of good icecream.
The best ice cream in Noosa. Royal Copen Hagen has the best variety of home made I’ve creams and sorbets. Boysenberry and the sorbet never disappoint
I purchased a bottle of Lipton Iced Tea that was months past the best before date from Royal Copenhagen Ice Creamery Noosa, half of the bottle was consumed before realising there was mould in the bottle that was when I checked the date. We were still out the front of the shop, I complained and showed the attendant - the response was get another bottle it is only a best before date - we did not want another bottle though I checked the other stock in their fridge and there was 3 different flavours of Lipton Iced Tea with best before dates that were well out of date with mould present in them, upon letting the attendant know she left them in the fridge and continued to work. It was only once I approached the counter again that she removed the product from the fridge. In the following days the person that consumed the tea fell ill. I have never left a 1 star review and I have never been so upset with a response from a business.

Pretty good, although I have had better Copenhagen Ice Cream before. I got the Maple Macademia flavour, still very good and I do recommend it.
Fantastic professional service.awesome variety of flavors, had salted caramel and macadamia nut OMG, so good. Don't bother going anywhere else. The servings are very generous
