The outdoor area is always filthy, but it's a good spot to watch people walk past. The inside is lacking in ambience. Not a great variety of flavours. Portions depend on whoever is serving you.
They had very Friendly service, Delicious ice cream and loaded doughnuts. It was a very pleasant experiance.
My experience here was good, ice cream is yummy & staff very friendly, definitely come back to satisfy my sweet tooth :
always great friendly staff .. unfortunately didnt have my favourite flavour ice cream in stock due to circumstances out of their control but still great work
Royal Copenhagen, can't even get the ice cream with the same name. Have been asking for weeks, answer always the same , sorry we don't have any . My question WHY. No comment, not good enough. I guess these stores are Franchised, but not monitored for quality, cleanliness and service. Not good acceptable. Sue
This Copenhagen has a wonderful view from the outdoor seating and is well spaced inside so that there is an ease of access to the counter even with all the kids running around! Very prompt and attentive service
The double choc dipped conechocolate is my favourite is a meal in itself. Yum
