Royal Botanic Gardens

How lucky are we Sydney-siders to have free access for the past two hundred years to one of the world's best Botanic Gardens. Plenty of quiet secluded places to rest and retire and to contemple the healing process of the mind.

I loved the nature so much! Such a beautiful place to walk around, have lunch, a picnic even a family gathering when covid is over. You even get to see the Opera house and the Harbor Bridge

I attended a Bush Foods Morning tea, and cannot speak highly enough of the event. I felt privileged to receive such knowledge, and was impressed with how much our local flora has to offer us. The morning tea was tasty, generous and the tea extremely refreshing. I will be booking in again in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Just wander around to explore and relax. Pleasant atmosphere throughout the year. Walkable distance to opera house, art gallery and cathedral. Perfect place for short picnic. Amazing view of city, harbour bridge and opera house.

I’ve been to the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney several times. It’s beautiful during Vivid Sydney. The nature walk and views of the Sydney Harbour including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House are amazing. It’s a nice place that doesn’t take too long to explore.

Amazing space to spend time in and explore. The walk from the Opera House to Mrs Macquaries Chair is a particular highlight. Plenty of spots to sit on a bench under a tree and relax, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

One of my favourite places in Sydney. Such a beautiful place anytime of the year for a walk. We never miss visiting in spring and it never fails to delight us. Highly recommended.
