Hi Guys, thanks for helping out with some fine tuning on my bike for our Great Ocean Road ride.  Appreciate the great service and the referral to Rough Diamond in town for some lunch while the bike was being worked on. Great tip also for the route to Port Fairy, loved it, so much better than riding the highway...... Bike ran faultlessly all the way to Coonawarra.   Thanks again from your Sunshine Coast fans !

Was touring through Warrnambool and snapped my derailleur hanger. The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, they quickly identified the correct replacement hanger and offered to have it express shipped to the shop. Thanks!

Exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable and would highly recommend Royal Bikes to anyone! I am extremely happy with the work carried out on my bike!!...coffee is A1 too.
