We recently purchased an aquarium, fish, and related products from Roxy Aquarium and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and their prices are very competitive.nnAll the staff are extremely knowledgeable about fish and aquarium products, and they take the time to answer all your questions without any judgement, which is really appreciated — especially for beginners.nnThey even delivered the aquarium and professionally installed it for us, which made everything so easy and stress-free.nnI highly recommend Roxy Aquarium to anyone looking for quality pet fish supplies and great service.
I ordered 3 fish, 1 pleco and 2 cichlids at 75ea. By the next morning the 2 cichlids were dead. Pleco is still fine a week later. I have had my cichlid tank for years now, purchased from a few other online places never had an issue. They claim is was fish attack but the fish had no external issues. I understand the in bag policy but both dying is very unusual and within 12 hrs. I emailed, they offered a discount which is nice, but I don't think using them again is appropriate.nUpdate. They ask for a review and when you tell the truth they don't like it and decide to be rude. Email after email, which is deeply disturbing on their part. Definitely not using them again now.
Recently made my first order with Roxys Aquarium, there wide range of fish seemed very impressive!nnI ordered a Red Terror and a 10-12cm Sailfin Pleco, delivery took two days which was very concerning to me.nnThey arrived in a large polystyrene box, nothing was written on the box, as in Fragile, Live Fish, ect, to let couriers know to be careful. All that was in this large polystyrene box was two little fish bags, nothing for support during transit, the bag water for both fish was extremely cloudy from the long travel. After ordering alot of fish from multiple different online aquarium sites, I was absolutely shocked at how they handled and shipped there fish.nnThe Sailfin Pleco is most definitely not 10-12cm, he'd be 8cm Max, which I am not impressed about after paying more for a larger one.nnIt's safe to say I won't be a returning customer, I don't appreciate how they ship there fish and most importantly, I don't like not getting what I paid for and definitely not willing to roll the dice with this company.
Took 2 day for delivery to arrive, which was concerning as l had ordered live shrimps, the java fern plants l ordered where in poor condition nearly all leafs where covered in big black spots everywhere, the Anubis plants were find..nI think it best to go into shop to select own plants, and maybe they need to use Uber for delivery, l paid $30 for deliver, yet if l order online at pet barn, l pay $9 deliver, and parcel delivered in 2 hours.nWill head in store nxt time..
Roxy Aquarium is the best Fish and Aquariums both freshwater and Saltwater shop in Melbourne. The Roxy team is expert and helpful 24x7. I have bought two large fish tanks from Roxy and they have beautifully designed them. They have all sort of live stones, decors and equipments. Value for Money. I would 100% recommend the aspiring aquarists, beginners to consider ROXY AQUARIUM. Five star experience.
