Brought my dad for a hearing test. Yin is a highly professional audiologist, and following testing, provided expert advice on the next steps. Staff were exceptional too! I would highly recommend Rowville Hearing.
I attended Rowville hearing to have custom made sleep ear plugs made. Yin was great, and explained the process really well. I’ve been really happy with the ear plugs - they’re really effective at blocking out noise and helping me sleep. Would recommend!

I took my dad to Rowville Hearing a few weeks ago. The audiologist Yin was friendly and professional and very thorough in her assessment. She took her time in explaining everything and answered our questions without rushing us out the door. She educated myself and my dad regarding his hearing condition and offered a solution which was helpful and affordable. Highly recommend Rowville hearing.
Great service, professional and friendly! It was my first time wearing hearing aids as a younger guy and Yin Chen was empathetic in helping with the transition. My hearing had improved heaps, and now I can hear my kids !
I took my 7 year old son to see Yin at Rowville hearing because he said he couldn’t hear from one ear. She was patient, gentle and funny and he felt comfortable with her. She gave us a full report of his hearing and was able to diagnose and tell us what to do to rectify it. Excellent service! She also followed up to make sure he was okay! I highly recommend Rowville hearing!
Rowville Hearing provides excellent service ,Yin Chen is great, she is an extremely professional, friendly and caring audiologist. My father has experienced tinnitus issues and I took him to see Yin Chen at Rowville Hearing. Yin has offered my father very helpful and informative consultation, being extremely patient and caring. The staff there are amazing and the customer service is so welcoming! Would highly recommend Yin Chen at Rowville Hearing to my friends and family.
Tried this place out as it operates out of the same venue as my optometrist. Hadn't had a check for a long time but the audiologist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She has great interpersonal skills, explained everything, was thorough and honest. Turned out my hearing was in the normal range for my age so did not require any hearing aids. She did not try to push any products or services on me but was honest with the assessment. Looks like I don't have any excuses now when the wife asks me to do more chores around the house. I can't say that I didn't hear her.
Had to get ear-moulds impressions done. She was kind, made me feel comfortable especially because this was going to be my first set of ear moulds. I pretty much just tell everyone I know to head straight to Rowville hearing if they need to get ear impressions.
Highly recommend this service. Caring and professional and personalised advice.
