Rottnest express ferry service provided a smooth and enjoyable journey The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to passenger needs. Resolving ticketing issues was handled efficiently and professionally by the customer service team when I had difficulty booking child seat. The overall experience was positive with a cheap day parking $12 at Victoria Quay. Cheers
Amazing tour! Mark and Eli were champions, kept us all safe and educated us on the history of the island and amazing wildlife. Highly recommend!
Ugh. We went to the office trailer in person. We had to cancel our Wednesday trip due to personal circumstances, which we did online a few days before the original date At the trailer the employee said they would give us a voucher for Thursday, “ no problem”. So they then gave a voucher for Wednesday not Thursday, which is what we requested we didn't notice their errorThe interesting thing is they gave is voucher for the Wednesday 9:30 am departure we were at there office trailer on Wednesday after 9:30. So we show up, Thursday morning for the 9:30 am ferry, we board and arrive without issue. When it was time to depart rottenest, the employee taking tickets refused our entry on to the boat, acknowledging the error made by his associate told us we could wait and be “ stand by”. So I said to him “ an employee of the company made an error and we have to pay the consequences” his response was “ yes” We refused and eventually boarded the ferry. The boat is fine , but customer service is extremely poor. The employees act like their doing tbe customer a favor. There are other options. The owners response is a lie, we did not approach the service desk and ask for the next day, we asked for Thursday, and the Rottnest Express employee gave us the wrong date. Period, take responsibility and stop blaming the customer for your lazy employees who were off put by the request initially.
Thank you for a fantastic day. The ride on the ferry and the bus tour with Cos and Eli was absolutely amazing . Eli, your love and knowledge for all things regarding this island and it's history and environment was first class. Very informative bus tour. I will be back PS. I LOVE how excited you are for the dolphin sitings. I'm the same.
Great service very friendly staff advised to book before you travel as early sailings are best in hot weather
