DO NOT GO HERE! SCHNITZEL COOKED PINK! CUSTOMER SERVICE ABYSMAL! After seeing the reviews on the restaurant from years ago, you’d think that they would improve, but apparently not! After finding out my schnitzel was barely cooked with one bite, staff were notified. I requested a pizza instead just in case it happens again, however had to wait significantly. When served again, staff could not care less about our experience. At the end of our sitting, staff charged us for what we ordered, no sympathy, no apology, no nothing. Would have accepted my meal to be free at the least. If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Edit: PLUS 10% surcharge on weekends?! Ridiculous.
Basically overpriced due to location and not a real quality establishment. I know everyone is sick of banging on about covid but these people took no precautions on terms of vaccination checks etc which is disappointing. The food was nice enough and we played it safe with pasta. I had the special and my daughter had tortellini. The service was good but one waitress and questionable by the other. The weekend surcharge would have had me go elsewhere if I'd seen the fine print earlier - maybe try that if people are fighting to get in the place but this place is regularly half empty but now I know why! Verdict - nice enough but opt for elsewhere if you're looking for more bang for your buck and a better experience.
Garlic bread was served on a coffee cup plate, water In plastic cup not glass, bug on the wall, food was very bland and tasted like a microwave meal. Pancakes were very doughy and not eatable. Not a good place don’t recommend it here.
Had a good quality & tasty breakfast. Really good & taste good. Staff are friendly & nice too. Bit expensive but loved the whole experience. Mario was a friendly & a fun person
“Can I have some more Parmesan cheese with the pasta?” “How many person do you want?“ Interesting customer service to say the least. The food came out fast. Not busy, may be the others read the reviews before deciding to sit down whilst we did not. Lesson learnt. Right below the train station and immediately opposite wharf 6, great location. Additional surcharge for weekend regardless of public holiday.
Beautiful views of the harbour from the restaurant. Staff were attentive and lovely. I ordered a long black and a tiramisu. Long black was a tad bit too bitter for my liking but otherwise was really good. Tiramisu was absolutely heavenly. A nice feel in the restaurant with not a lot of customers. Very easy to reach with public transport and prices were slightly higher than standard but is to be expected at such a location. Important to note the weekend surcharge however. Would be interested to return and try their mains on offer.
Very accommodating venue and well situated centrally at Circular Quay. Family run and very polite staff... Gluten free on the menu or upon request. Coffee was great!
It was ok. The barramundi was soft and delicious. The prosciutto pizza was average. Probably not worth the price we paid for it. Customer service was okay. I'd come here again, but probably more for a quick stop over lunch than a date.Food: 3/5
We had 2 visits in 2 days - one as a couple and one with a group. The first visit was OK but overpriced with the weekend surcharge. My chicken burger was average - husband’s lemon sole was OK. Second visit was with a group of 8 @ 10am. Restaurant was quite empty. The table had been booked and when not all had arrived, those that were there were questioned where were the others? Apparently they were expecting another big group? We all turned up and had coffees and hoped to stay and chat for awhile as we hadn’t seen each other for ages. We were told in no uncertain manner that we had to leave to make room for others. So we were shown the door! I might add that were plenty of empty tables for the so-called big group?! The staff were rude and unpleasant and we are never going there again!
absolutely lovley meal, pammy was cooked very nicely and tasty, I never had egg plant on it before and it tasted amazing. Will defs come back on my next vist.
