Awesome place with locks, keys and alarms. Huge numbers of keys for anything. These guys have the gear and stock to handle and inquiry. Great car parking outside with plenty of room.
Highly recommend this company, gave us a quote on the phone and came in 20 mins on the dot. Opened our door in a couple minutes and was a quick efficient transaction. Paid $150 which was cheaper than another place where we were quoted $280.
4 November 2022 Geez Ross Galt Locksmith Sydenham, Christchurch are amazing, especially the admin lady Emma booking jobs and always ask for Mark to come fix your problem. He is so skilled and quickly onto the problem. I was locked out of my house as my entry/exit door would not unlock. Panic struck as I did not have anyway to get into my property and garage door opener, has not operated for 6 years. Mark suggested a company to call, to get another unit installed. Well done Mark. I called Emma and she arranged for Mark to come help me. Any lock problem call Ross Galt Sydenham, Christchurch 033650298. They are so professional and helpful. It saved me many hundreds of dollars, by not having to buy a new front door, as it was becoming a problem, the past year.
Excellent, efficient, courteous communication service by Emma,Technician & Team at Ross Galt today. I rang 9am Technician arrived 11.30am fixed problem great customer service.
Never will I use Ross Gault again, never told of any estimate or any pricing details, Wasn't told I'd be paying on the spot & didn't receive an itemised invoice on payment only a receipt. When I spoke with Management they put it on me that I should have asked & asked again on completion for the itemised invoice. That's what I thought was being emailed however I only got a receipt, until I made it clear I wasn't impressed. That's not how a professional company operates . The mgr also argued with me that he'd heard the reception girl's tell People they pay on the spot so I apparently had been told, when I definitely hadn't. Very poor communication.
Had a wonderful fast and very speedy response yesterday, from Sarah at reception and Connor the locksmith. Awesome guys. Thank you for your help.
