The Ross Building Group, have been hired over the last four years at minimal cost to perform Building Inspections every year, and  the Ross Building Group do a thorough job with the inspection and a detailed written report forwarded back to myself and my wife Shaz. We have been able to contact the Steve at the Ross Building Group and speak about any variances within the report from year to year to keep up on maintenance and general condition of our house in Brodie Drive, Gracemere, Queensland.

Very reliable, proficient and detailed inspection. Very thorough and clearly orientated towards customer after care. Even though my request for a cheeky discount was laughed off for having used the company twice in the space of a month I respect that everyone has to make a living. Great people and business all around 10/10 will use again.

My partner and I are young first home buyers and didn't even know what a building and pest inspection was before we bought our first home. 
These guys helped me out so much, they made everything easy and didn't make me feel stupid for asking so many questions. 
Our appointment was booked quickly and we got our reports back in a super timely manner. 
I really appreciate the work you guys did and I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking

Received a Builiding and Pest  Inspection from Steve Ross Company Pre-Purchase Building and Pest Inspection and was thoroughly impressed by the comprehensive report that we received on our Unit we are looking at buying. Easy to contact for more information if we needed and would recommend this company.
