Love this place - atmosphere, rotating menu, the space. And can I just say the chef has kicked it out of the building with the cashew satay chicken dish. WHOLLY MOLLY. SERIOUSLY INCREDIBLE. Thanks chef!!!!! Chicken burger also reported as amazing, and we have been regulars for steak nice, pizza night, and Parma night as well which are all amazing as well.
Love this place! Food, atmosphere, service, people - everything is always top tier. We love coming here!
I attended the Smyths gig at the Rosemount last night. I need wheelchair access hopefully temporary and the team were fantastic. The door staff where really helpful and courteous opening separate entrances for my wife to wheel me in. I had a great view of the gig and had a fantastic night. Thank you.
The food portion size of the steak special is small, however, for $20 this can be forgiven - it’s an entree size rather than a main meal & atmosphere is good, however, the service needs immediate attention, namely:nnSeveral staff members standing around the bar chatting serving no customers causing waits of over 15mins to get 1 drink;nTables without cutlery - when trying to speak to a staff member where to get cutlery from I was totally ignored;nNo salt and pepper available.nnWith these minor fixes, it will make a big difference to the customer experience and put the Rosemount Hotel in a good position for a 5 star review next time.
We organised our end of year event & it was absolutely amazing! The vibes were insane. They went above and beyond expectation. Nina was absolutely wonderful & super helpful. Definitely recommend if you want to host a great event!
