Disappointing! I have been dealing with Lucas the Director who has been a pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful and accommodating, to a point, in assisting his client in a rental property, accomodating us as the new tenants. Now we are down to the nitty-gritty of the finer details like the cleaning, light bulbs, gas bottle refills and thorough exit reports and suddenly I am not receiving the same helpful and accommodating service, general grace and courtesy or 'customer' service for that matter that I was getting before. We are signing a 12 month lease whilst we look around to purchase a property in the Western Suburbs. Regardless of the 13 years experience and thousands of properties Lucas has sold, (as I was so clearly informed) at the end of the day it comes down to the client and the customer service you offer. You may not miss one sale but statistics prove that 1 tells 13. We won't be choosing Room Properties for rental or for purchase/sale of properties.

Lucas and Amy are pillars of the community with a wealth of experience in Property Management and the Real Estate Market. If you are looking to buy or sell a home you could not put yourselves in better hands than Room Property. What an incredible company! The service from Room Properties is first class....Lucas was wonderful and personal and really understood my needs a buyer. He knowledge of the Western suburbs was impeccable and I really felt him and his team had my best interests at heart. If I ever sell my house I will be so happy to contact Room Property again :)

Used to be Rentals West. They are one of the worst real estate agencies that I have dealt with and rented with. We had to go down to the office every time there was a problem because no one would want to take our call. Additionally every time we went down Lucas would duck out the back. A tree branch punched a hole through the roof of the house because it was full of white ants and we had to wait around 4 weeks to get it fixed. They performed an 'inspection' without notifying us. I had to contact the RTA every time I needed to talk to them. The would drag their feet on every issue
