Called them for a quote, spent time explaining what I wanted. He passed it on to another staff member and said I would be contacted. 2 weeks passed and I had not been contacted. I sent a follow up email asking them if they were still intersted in the work and recieved no response at all. I then rang them and he said they were very busy and they had yet to get around to it due to some issues with other jobs. 
If this is how they treat perspective clients I cant believe they are still in business.
Poor customer service I hate to think what the job may have been like.
