Very polite and helpful service. On the phone I was given great recommendations and the delivery was 10 minutes early. The quality of pizza was amazing, but overall I was extremely happy with the service and quality. Definitely would recommend to others.
This place use to be really good. We recommended Romanos to everyone but the pizzas & service just went down hill. Just received an order that took nearly a hour to deliver and it is the oiliest, sloppiest mess we’ve ever had. Pizzas were missing toppings. Oily/ greasy. Bland. Would have been better just getting dominos. Photo attached was after serving, plates next to it.nJust called the store and the “manager” constantly cut us off, seemed disinterested and sounded like he was reading off a script. Asked for a refund and was offered a credit on our next order which we refused because we just will not order again. Was told we will get a credit but will check out banking this week will update.nWhen we asked for the name of the Manager he quickly shot out “Bill” at us like he was pulling a generic name out of thin air. Would never recommend to anyone again.
Used to be amazing but my last few orders have been so disappointing. The chips are being refried and are now fewer and more oily. The garlic foccacia was cold, the garlic black as overdone and the base so hard and crispy it was like cardboard. My Supreme has also gone downhill.nMaybe theres a new owner?
Ordered through menulog, issue with address, after using menulog for 2 years, the address was changed to my next door neighbor. Food delivered next door, no one home works away, food left on ground, driver did not call me!!! Sub-standard service by the manager and his team, although manager did offer to do the delivery again, no thanks!!!
Pizza was the wrong order BUTnnwe ordered another to replace as my partner will eat the other so no need for a refund and no questions asked they fixed their mistake and insisted on refunded the new pizzannStaff were absolutely amazing!! Would 100%% recommend with staffing alone and the pizza is always so yummy and fresh when we get itnn10/10 that guy needs a raise/ promotion very good customer service and amazing attention to detail!
