I arrived into Roma by 9:30pm but I called up reception before hand to place a room service order. The staff were kind enough to place the meal in my room for my arrival and the switch the heater on. I was blown away by the gnocchi and rump steak. This was a work trip but if I ever travel to Roma for leisure I will stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
Very disappointing experience unfortunately, I'd booked a table to celebrate our 1st night of our holiday. I'd looked at the menu on line and thought the kids options look great and the regular menu looked great too. On arrival I was confused because the menu I was given was very different and a lot more expensive. Anyway we were there and there were things we fancied on the menu so we ordered, unfortunately they were out of rump steaks so my husband ordered the eye fillet, I had the chicken curry, my son the duck pasta with wilted spinach and my daughter the kids fish and chips. The steak came with 2 slices of new potato and a slice of zucchini would have been nice to have been told it wasn't a full meal at $50, my chicken curry was cold, when I dug deeper it was warm underneath. I tried to get the attention of the wait staff but they were chatting whilst polishing cutlery and not paying attention to the room. My sons pasta came with a pile of rocket on top, no spinach in sight and my daughters fish and chips had no salad or veg at all, it was basically a hand full of chips and 2 fish sticks... very poor for $16.00! We ate our food trying to be upbeat for the kids on the 1st night of our holiday but I did eventually get the attention of the wait staff and she got the manager for me. The manager was actually very nice and explained that there were a few problems with changes in staff etc and she did take my meal and my husbands meal off the bill which I appreciate but I would have just loved to have enjoyed this meal and the service provided especially because the restaurant wasn't busy. There was also a table close by who had cold food and were complaining. I know that covid has hit this industry hard, staff have been a problem, I get that but I just wanted to leave an honest review. I hope this place can turn it around because the other reviews I have read all sound positive.

Chose venue for EV charging. Very comfortable & spacious room..short drive to Roma township & restaurants. Tesla wall charger worked well. Did two visits, highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5
Good place to stay. 100s of rooms. You could park your car right in front of your room in the shade. Friendly staff. TV, Fridge, Microwave oven etc available. Toilet, shower were clean and nice.
As our first stay on our trip this place was just great! The staff were super helpful, when our girls went to see if the kitchen was open for breakfast they returned on a golf cart with one of the staff. Very clean and well facilitated accommodation.Rooms: 5/5
Review is for the restaurant only we didn't stay at the motel. Our meals were fresh and delicious. The chef even prepared a really lovely vegan meal we phoned ahead to ask if this request could be accommodated. Service was fast and professional. The restaurant was clean and attractive. Happy to recommend, and we will definitely return.
Excellent service, spacious undercover parking, room was very clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and good coffee too. It's a little out of town, but only by a few blocks and possibly a good thing as it was wonderfully quiet at night. Rooms were slightly dated and artwork was too not PC ... was about Cook discovering Australia. All in all a great place to stay and good value for money!
