Pie and cake shop, second or third? in the business with the original in Ocean Grove. The one in town is a favorite with locals, always packed. The highway shop has the same quality, just quieter. More chance to sit and chat rather than take away. Beautiful pies, lots of fresh rolls and sweets too. Their award winning pies are stand outs!
We bought frozen chuncky meat ones as well as the mushrooms truffle ones. Have to say that I love the truffle one more. Very fragrant and tasty. The place is quite spacious and plenty of seating area.
Yummy food. Nice little sweet treats for the little ones as well as a little courtyard with kids play area, blackboard, toys ask if they’re not put out yet and roomy toilets with change table.
It is indeed the best pies I have tried. Tastes so good. By the time I got to the store, most pies were sold, but the few I got were really delicious. There were a good choice of pastries as well. Price is very reasonable. Another delicacy is the cheese quiche, which is of very high standard.
We ventured long way travelled 43 kilometres just to be and tastes Rolling Pin specialties… we’re from Hoppers Crossing… indeed it was worthy as we enjoyed best the dessert, the sweets but the standout of all was the amazing service of one of the older guy… I didn’t got his name. We feel treated special, very dedicated to his customers needs… very much commendable for being a good manager. The place is awesome.
Their mushroom truffle pie really deserved the best pie award! Delicious!
I love the pies at the Rolling Pin Leopold! My favorites are the steak bacon and cheese pie and the potato pie. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Nice meat pies etc. We were able to drive over the road to a wetlands park to enjoy them.
Jumbo chunky meat pie was amazing. Super delicious. Ham, cheese and tomato quiche and party pies very nice as well. Not greasy either. Hedgehog slice was the best thing I've eaten here today. Staff could smile a little more. I know how hard working a Saturday is when you don't want to, but remember you could be the only person that person interacts with that day and you could make their day.
Great coffee! Staff always happy & very helpful . Pies and cakes are awesome. This is my new favourite place :- :-:-
