Thank you so much Dr Sherin Allan for taking such good care of me today. I was extremely nervous to get my tooth extracted because everyone warned me that it's not going to be an easy task. You made me feel so comfortable and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend you to anyone.
I couldn't rate this dentist practice more highly, from the minute I walked in, reception was friendly and helpful. Dentist was amazing, the appointment didn't go to plan due to my tooth, they went above and beyond to get me sorted!! Highly recommended!!!
Today was my best ever experience at a dentist in my 70years. It was an emergency appointment for toothache so I had not been to this particular dentist at Rolleston Dental before. I was scared as usual to go but Zainab Abbas immediately put me at ease. She explained what was causing my tooth ache and how she could fix it. She was so kind and caring. She used modern dental treatment to make the whole process pain free. I would thoroughly recommend her if you want expert pain free treatment for your teeth. She advised me the cost of the treatment, to which I agreed. She used the exact right amount of anaesthetic so that it worked perfectly but did not leave me with swollen lips and mouth. Her Dental Assistant was ver gentle as well. I am so happy and grateful.

Pathetic service from their receptionist who had no idea about their own website system. She was rude, didnt care about talking the issue out, and hung up on me when I was trying to get an answer. She clearly doesn’t like her job and clearly isn’t good at it. I sincerely hope she learns the art of customer service towards the customer.
For the first time ever a totally pain free visit to a dentist!. large filling . Impressive.
Absolutely shocking service. Went in and booked an appointment and was up front straight away that was going to be an extraction of a wisdom tooth with possible complications. I was then told to make an appointment for the following week for the extraction, which I did also booking two days off work in the process. On arrival the Dentist seemed intent on giving me every reason it couldn't be done and more concerned that if it wasn't routine it would make her next patient late rather than the job in hand. I was then asked what I wanted to do and I said proceed because it needs to come out, only to have the same thing explained again and that there now wasn't enough time anyway. So here I am still with a decaying Wisdom tooth, two days down on leave balance and back to square one, FFS. TOTALLY AND UTTERLY NOT RECOMMENDED
I've been going here for a couple years now and it's always consistently great service. Sherin is my dentist and she is wonderful, always taking such care to make sure I am as comfortable as possible.
Made myself an appointment with the hygienist. Best money ever spent . Teeth look and feel amazing. So happy. Should have done this ages ago . Feel a lot more confident.
