They have an issue with their lack of electricians. If the shutters have an electric fault after a few years, especially after labour warranty,  they simply wash their hands. Changing battery on switches ok as they are selling them that's sales so ok
It is all about sales now .they don't care how much money you spent .they simply don't care.i live in melton west. My shutters were done in 2011.i used to love them and be proud. Now i hate having them as they are headaches when repairs are needed. Thieves can easily push them up and get in.i got robbed in spite of shutters. Choose your company well. That's my advice. I won't do shutters again if i build a new house .better options out there than those kinds of shutters.

We've just had our roller shutters installed with rollertec and are very happy with them. Thanks to Bill and  everyone involved, very professional and easy to deal with. If you're after shutters you must try these guys!

Had a great experience with this company.  The shutters are great quality and all of the workmen were on time, friendly and respectful.  The shutters have been installed for a month now and have greatly increased our quality of life.

Just had Rollertech fit six shutters two sreens and one security door.All work has been done to a high standard . Friendly staff and would  be happy to reccommend them
