OK GUYS I see why this place is popular. We got the Pumpkin & Cheese Quiche, Lamb Sausage Roll, Almond Croissant and Monkey Bread.nnPumpkin & Cheese Quiche and the Lamb Sausage Roll were ABSOLUTELY amazing!! Especially the Quiche, their crust is buttery and crumbly like a savoury shortbread biscuit and the mix of cheeses and the soft pumpkin was god send – and the shaved Parmesan on top!!!nnAlmond Croissant was a bit on the sweeter side, tasted like honey inside instead of almond butter which I’m used to but still delicious nonetheless.nnMoney Bread was a bit disappointing for the same price as the others, with no filling and tasted a bit stale.nnI was also disappointed they didn’t have their coffees / matcha on tap, wondering if they had sold out already on the day.nnTotal came to $55.55 for 4 pastries a bit on the steeper side but that includes the public holiday surcharge.

The combination of flavors and textures was pure perfection.nnTo complement the heavenly pastry, the iced oat matcha on tap was equally impressive. It was the perfect refreshing pick-me-up.nnI visited on a Saturday afternoon and managed to snag a table just in time. The timing was perfect, as it was empty right before we arrived, but soon after, the line was out the door! This place is clearly popular, and for good reason.nnThe ambience is lovely, though seating is a bit limited. It's a great spot to catch up with friends, and I even enjoyed seeing some cute dogs around!nnIf you're looking for exceptional pastries and drinks in a charming setting, Rollers Bakehouse is a must-try. Just be sure to time your visit right to avoid the crowds!

The lamb sausage roll was next-level flaky, pastry so light it almost melted before you bit into that perfectly spiced lamb filling. The Greens Pain Suisse surprised me: buttery layers hugging a spinach-feta mix, all topped with a pickled onion that cut through the richness. And the scone with jam & butter hit that sweet-savory spot—crumbly, buttery, not dry, and the jam tasted home-made.nnPastry case looked like art and tasted like it too :

Here is a popular spot many people recommend when visiting Manly. The shop has a fun and well-designed interior that adds to the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, so there weren’t many pastries left, but I got a plain au chocolate, which was super crispy and tasty. I took it to go and enjoyed it by the beach—just a short walk away. The matcha latte was rich and smooth. I’d love to come back earlier next time to try more of their pastries!

I love the decoration of rollers, really pretty!!nnI had matcha on tap here for the first time and it was so good. They also sell different pastries but I haven’t had chance to try but they looking good.nnThere was a line because we went on Sunday, but surprisingly didn’t wait for long.
