GOOD OPTION FOR A LIGHT MEAL PRE-FLIGHT Roll'd is ubiquitous across Australia and has a reliably good offering of pho and rolls. Service is relatively fast and, if ordering rolls, very "takeaway-able". Located airside upstairs in the retail / food court area near the Qantas lounge

Ordered Peach Iced Tea without ice and they only filled up halfway - ridiculous!  When asked if she would fill it up more - the answer given was - "This is the level for NO ICE, I can add ice but not give you more".  $5.15 for barely anything is ridiculous.

I am just so happy to have one of my favourite fast food restaurants available here! I didn’t even know it existed as I usually went to the food court on the other side of the domestic terminal. This is near the Qantas gates. Loved the choice of rice paper rolls and high quality and fresh as always!

Hi, I was one of the first costumer today exactly 8:30 this morning. I was with my son and my son brought his precious Teddy bear with him, I called your number to ask if the teddy bear still there but no answer. The phone  says always busy. We couldn’t come back because the airline wouldn’t allow us to exit the plane, Anyway, I’m asking a favour please because the number here is no answer. I will try my luck here I hope the staff will read this. The teddy bear is wearing blue. I hope you can help us. My son is very very sad and we can’t help, Teddy is very special to my son, he had teddy since he was a baby    please help. We are going back to Brisbane airport on Sunday 9th of October. We tried everything, everyone in Qantas and Virgin but no luck because they are short of people. They can’t go and check. Thank you for good service this morning. Roll’d is always my favourite that’s why I waited this morning to open so I can get my favourite food.

Was waiting for my flight to start boarding and was feeling hungry. And I am so glad i chose Roll'd. Food was quick and delicious. Nice packaging and good prices. Highly recommend for a pre-flight meal or snack. Although I would recommend going to other places for drinks.Food: 4/5

The lady who just served me does not like her job - or people in general. She was short with people and snappy. I asked her if the store was in the Roll’d app cos I couldn’t find it and she stared at me blankly and said “I don’t know”. I think she meant “I don’t care”  I bought a bbq pork banh mi with pork crackling. The bread was STALE and the filling was average tasting. No pâté - not a real banh mi at all! The sweet potato chips however were good.  I asked for a bag and the guy that handed me my food just put one on the counter, didn’t offer to bag my items or anything. What did I just pay $22 for? Definitely not for good food or service!!  Roll’d please do not ask me to email you. This is a Review, your company would be checking these reviews if they cared what their customers really thought. I just wish I checked the other reviews here before I went to your store.  I obviously won’t be back.

Banh Mi was really disappointing. Lack of real meat, no crackle to their credit I was told this when ordering, lacked flavour, and the bread roll was disappointing. All for more than $13 :-. I wont be buying a Banh Mi from Rolld again.

Sure it is boxing day, but give me a break. How hard is it to put together a decent Bahn Mi? Stale bread,  insipid and no pate! Overpriced to top it all off. Surely you can do better.

The Crispy Chicken ribs and Pork Spring rolls are oh so tasty. The serving size varies from store to store and I have found these guys to be quite generous  I get the same thing at each store because they are so good.

Got a pork crackling Bahn mi -bread was stale -pork crackling was unchewable and tasted sour -cucumber was old - Price was $13 for the banh mi -viet ice coffee had too much condensed milk couldn’t even taste the coffee  Overall would not recommend this place to anyone as it was the worst “Vietnamese” restaurant out there
