A big disappointment from Roll’d. I ordered banh mi for $11. It was so small and no flavour in it whatsoever. It’s just a small roll filled with carrots and a bit of pork . I looked at the server’s face hoping he will top my roll with sauce but nope. What happened to that liver pate , sauce or chilly like any other normal banh mi place in Melbourne. Do they even understand what product they are selling? If they’ve been receiving low reviews, surely they should reflect and improve the product.
Overpriced poor quality Vietnamese food. Wouldn't even call this Vietnamese food. Tasteless, dry rice paper rolls. Pho is just not worth it. The Banh Mis here are a joke; hardly any filling and the proteins are always dry.
Bought Fried rice with Prawns and extra Prawns. The rice was like over cooked white rice . The worst rice dish I have had. Like a first timer learning how to cook rice. Waste of $34 for 2 people. Super bland and sludge. Gave it to the birds. I hope they like it.
I always loved eating out here but a girl new manager I think was SO awful. She snapped at me no customer service and she was training other poor guy treating him terrible as well. Really shame I always enjoyed eating here with other friendly workers. I won’t be back here anymore
The female Vietnamese staff was so kind & lovely, we enjoy the food very much every visit ! Sweet potato fries are super great with the sriracha mayo sauce it comes with !!
Great meal and service by the young folk working here. I would recommend the Tofu and mushroom Pho. Good price and value.

Probably the worst banh mi in Melbourne. Served in a hot dog bun? No crunch, chunky fillings, and wildly soggy. The sog factor was just too much for me, I couldn't eat it. Any Vietnam familia's baker would be better than this. Light years away from Nhu Lan. Please try harder if you want to take our money.
Fast and fresh but have been overcharged a few dollars twice. Staff did not apply 2 x add ons for $6 Will be back for more pho fo’ sho Vegetarian options: Vege spring rolls are the BEST Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled street and parking lot available, no stairs to entrance similar to other restaurants nearby
