This was my first ever Honda, and my first ever brand new car. I walked into the dealership after being neglected by FORD, Mitsubishi and Toyota dealerships, due to my appearance I believe. However at Rolfe Honda the salespeople were the only ones who greeted me, they introduced themselves and was keen to show me several vehicles without asking my price range. With this I was impressed, as they did not judge me on my appearances. The salesman was new to the job, and appeared a little nervous, however he displayed a professional and courteous manner at all times, and not once did he forget my name, which was common at the other 3 competitors big dealers, which to me means lack of interest. I am however still awaiting a Rolfe gift promised as part of a promotion, which is an in car medical kit. I inquired about the expected delivery of this and was advised that I would receive a call when the medical kits arrive. I am patiently awaiting this unique Rolfe Honda gift. Overall my first new car experience was a memorable one, and I am very, very, very happy with my new Car, which I have name Heidi Honda :). The car is so easy to drive, that I am convinced that my wife will finally decide to learn to drive, she is 47 years and has never had a motor car license

Overall an excellent experience. I didn’t feel pushed into it at all – I felt as though the car sold itself, and the salesperson was there to answer my questions. Price negotiations were excellent – Rolfe was prepared to go out of their way, and to offer a good price. They introduced me to a range of different products, and if I didn’t want them, they didn’t push them (which is a rare, but excellent quality!). Overall I was highly satisfied, and certainly left feeling as though I would stick with Honda, and continue to go to Rolfe when I want to upgrade, or get the car serviced. Overall fantastic experience – can’t speak highly enough of them

Fake reviews from staff members/friends of staff members below aside, stay away from this dealership. Paid a $1000 deposit for a new HRV on February 24, out of a total price of $25,000. Admittedly, Mark the sales manager gypped me on the price, however I was alright with it as I didn't have time to drive to Sydney or Melbourne to get a better deal. But even after I paid the entire purchase price Killian and Mark were unable to give me the service that kind of money demands. Killian called me the day before delivery was scheduled - March 23 - to tell me that I need to visit an ACT government service centre to get a CRN number as part of registering the car. Since he had one month to organise delivery, why tell me the day before when I was at work and too busy to run to the roads authority? Now they are trying to delay the delivery date in breach of contract. Worst part is that their finance guy started my Suncorp insurance from March 22, even though the car is still in the dealer's parking lot. Probably because they make around $3000-5000 profit per car sold, each individual customer is not valuable to them. So now I'm paying insurance for a car I don't have in my possession! I don't know if there's a better Honda dealer out there, but in future I won't be wasting my time trying. There's probably a reason why Honda's sales have plummeted and they way behind in Australia behind Toyota, Mazda and Hyundai. P.S. Don't fall for Mark's excel spreadsheet presentation where he claims he makes a loss on every car sold but somehow "makes it up on volume".

Mitch was extremely helpful, friendly and very easy to deal with. He explained things in terms my wife and I could understand. We found him to be knowledgeable about the car and at no time did we feel ” pressure “. Mitch is a pleasant young man and we are sure he is an asset to your company
