Very professional establishment, I’ve been coming here for years the colourists and stylists are first class exceptionally talented. They are knowledgeable and the place has a friendly vibe it’s busy without being too noisy highly recommend. Locator for all ages it’s trendy but you don’t have to be trendy to go there.

This is my first time to visit this salon. I really appreciate all of staff. My friend made a booking at the wrong branch and I cant call her because optus networking was down. One of reception she tried to help me a lot. she gave me Wifi password, rechecked my booking on systems many time and finally she find a available spot for me. Sarah is a super helpful colourist even though I can't show her what colour I want while networking was down. I got my lovely hair coulour. Justin was very professional. He cut my hair follow my ref and told me the way I should set my hair. I'm sure that I will come back here again and also recommend to my friend!!

Always come here for my cuts. Had a great experience recently where I had my hair cut much shorter, and then went back two days to go a little shorter as I’m indecisive. The lovely lady I forgot her name but short dark hair with red tips sorted me out a second time at no charge. Was a lovely surprise and felt super valued and made my day!
My experience with Katie has always been very pleasant. She is very professional and lovely to deal with making the overall experience comfortable. What sets her service apart from others is the time and care she takes to understand what your needs are whilst also clarifying details to best achieve your desired results. I have thick black hair and it is often a hit and miss when going lighter with other hairdressers making the process daunting and sometimes dissatisfying. Katie has earnt my trust many times over and she is my go to for anything colour. You’ll be in great hands.
I have been seeing Katie now for last like 4-5 hair appts. She has done such an incredible job of helping me repair what was extremely damaged and dry hair from bleach and bad hairdressers. She has worked slowly, thoughtfully and consciously to make improvements I wouldn’t have known about without her help and advice. My hair is so much healthier now since seeing Katie & going to Rokk Ebony. Couldn’t recommend more highly! She is an expert.
