I had my hair cut by Ben last year. I specifically asked if he could cut curly hair, his reply: yes I've been cutting curly hair for 20 years. The hair cut was so uneven, I went back twice to get him to fix it up. His reply: Well that's the nature of curly hair. Had to go elsewhere where I had to lose a lot of length just to even up his botched haircut. I've had $10 haircuts which have been better than this. Worse hair cut ever.

My hair was cut, coloured and styled in a way I did not ask for. It looked ridiculous and cost nearly $300. Never again.

Exceptionally talented staff. Can be hard to get a booking if you are not already connected with one of them.
