Went to get 4 pairs of scratched and scuffed shoes repaired. Nathan was fantastic and actually polished and cleaned and buffed them in front of me. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable and service was excellent. My shoes look amazing now, far better than I expected! I will be coming back with some of my other shoes.

The shoe repair was to replace the heel only on boots and the heel replacement was done satisfactorily. The gap between the shoe and heel isn't flush and there is a thin line of glue residue on the inner part of the boot. Luckily this is not very visible and the shoe is just a normal brand.

An older review mentioned he polishes boots as well, but mine were not polished and I paid the same price $15.

I was charged a bit more than the amount quoted. The total cost is still cheaper than other shoe repairers so I didn't argue and paid it.

I would advise to write down the quoted price on the docket when you originally bring shoes in. The repair is adequate for normal brand shoes that one would like to extend the use of, but for more expensive branded shoes I would take them to somewhere else for a more refined finish.
