My gym for the last 40 years great Zumba and weight classes convenient to where I live great cross section of members who I have known for a long while ! physio and massage services available as well - worth a visit if you like staying healthy and fit !

Great local gym with classes, a pool, and all the equipment you might need. Fred on the front desk always welcomes you by name. It's a gym that's a real pleasure to go. Great atmosphere.

Since I first walked into this gym in November 2017 I have met a very warm and friendly group of people. The classes and trainers are great! The classes are at really convenient times so I can come before or after my 8:30am - 5pm work day. I'm so glad I became a member, I highly recommend this gym.

This facility is absolutely amazing! They accept everyone, and in so doing provide incredible facilities such as cardio equipment, weight room, pool, group fitness classes, and even squash! The managers are lovely, and make sure that you get the most out of your membership. Prices are the best in the area. I'd 100% recommend Physical Addiction any day.

Great old skool gym! Several rooms to work out in, cardio equipment including spin bikes and a massive floor space for fitness classes. Super impressed with this little hidden gym!  Great membership prices that smash the other gyms out of competition.  If if your looking for a quiet old skool gym that also has an outdoor pool and other facilities including a coffee bar out front, then look no further.  Staff are also very lovely

If you need a plane to work out play squash swim or relax with a coffee afterwards you can not go past physical addiction on Kitchener road Stafford Hts. Speak to the friendly staff Kiley  or Janette. They are well trained and ready to help you.  AA++++++

Really bad first impression for a gym. I attended twice and was disappointed with the experience. I wasn't given an orientation. I was made to feel uncomfortable and like an inconvenience. If you are someone wanting to get started on their healthy journey, this is not the gym for you.

Family style gym, squash and pool with everything you need in one venue High quality equipment well maintained The place is not full of body beautiful or gym junkies - everyone is friendly and supportive Cost is extremely good value

Joined this gym a few weeks ago and loving it. Moved from goodlife and much prefer the atmosphere at this gym.
