Excellent customer service. I purchased some meat and potato salad two days ago. However, the salad. T tasted the salad , there were inconsistency with the cooking of the potato salad some were raw and some half cook. So I rang the store to replace the potato salad. The staff member quickly advised to return the salad to the salad, and they were willing to replace the salad. So when I came to the store, they adhered to the agreement and quickly replaced the salad. I in turn, bought some more meat rissoles and chicken nibbles. I'm glad that this store take feedbacks constructively which reflected dedicated to providing quality food.
Fantastic butcher, staff are always so helpful and the meat is quality. Bought some ribs and the taste was amazing. I also like buying eggs from them, they just seem to be fresher than the supermarket ones.
I cannot believe how amazing the takeaway burgers are here!!nand such a great price. I honestly believe if you guys advertised these burgers properly you would put McDonalds out of business.nHad the Lamb, Rib, Eye and chicken burger so far and ill be back for the famous brekky burger real soon. cheers guysnMeat looks awesome as well but cant keep it in my Esky all day :
I have been a customer of Rode Butchers for probably 20 years but today I was horrified at the meat I brought home. The lamb loin chops are more ‘fat’ than meat - quite discussing and more than disappointing. If the new owners continue with meat of such disgusting quality - it is time to find a butcher who sells quality meat. I also wanted a rib roast but was told they only had one left. Thankfully I did not buy it as it was too small and I did state that it had too much fat on it.nPerhaps the buyer needs to think about the produce coming into the shop.
My friends and I have been loyal customers to this butcher for weekend bbqs for years now and have lately the last 5 or so shops been extremely disappointed with the quality of the cuts. Gristle, fat and tendons galore, wrapped up in the back of the shop to what seems like, avoid customer inspection.
