Rodd was decent. However didn't feel good about the constant up selling of things such as heated packs. Need to understand people come for help but not to be pushed to buy more stuff. It would help if some quiet space is given to clients. Rooms walls were low height and the place not so warm and welcoming. Things may have changed now.
