These guys are great. Had no help from other pet shops when looking at buying fish for the first time. Rocky Pet World staff were amazing. Extremely helpful. Have been back several times and always come out satisfied. Highly recommend.

Good range of pets from saltwater to aviary birds Some of the birds need a little TLC and it's obvious they don't have an avian specialist there But the range in livestock almost makes up for it

Once again, pleasure to shop in that store! Clean and tidy, ethical and honest, great range of products, many more can be ordered - just about anything, really. Friendly local business. I would not shop anywhere else for my pets needs.

Very decent sized store. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and had about 3 separate staff members ask if I needed assistance whilst in the store. I'll be sure to buy my reef aquarium supplies from this mob ongoing

Really bad customer service honestly, ive been in there many times over the past few years and ive never once been asked if i need help. one time when i wanted a tank that was behind a bunch of display stuff the guy who avoided me the whole time and who i had to confront myself i asked just pointed and said there behind some tanks just move them. really horrible and the animals always look sickly, also very overpriced

I always try to Buy Local. Rocky Pet world is locally owned and run. Angela, the sales assistant was extremely helpful in finding a harness and fitting it for our very wriggly Jack Russell. I have always had good service and information from the Team. Highly recommend.

I don't think ive ever actually been helped in here at all, what a pathetic excuse for customer service. and the whole place is just a ripoff
