The wonderful ladies here treat you like one of their family members. They genuinely care and take the time to talk you through new medications and happy to answer any questions. The staff here are professional, compassionate, non judgemental and will brighten your day. Highly recommend Wizard pharmacy Mosman Park, I would give 10 stars if I could!

This Pharmacy was Always 5 Star imo however of late the Staff appear to be very stressed due to Staff Shortages I'm told and short with me on a number of occasions of late which I let slide due to that reason but today I had a Terrible and Very triggering experience there when I went to collect medication.  Earlier in the day I had rang and asked for Home Delivery of my Diabetic Medication of which I had NOT Had in 3 DAYS. I was then berated by Not 1 but TWO Staff Members who said to me "you had a Dr's appointment today" therefore inferring that I was well enough to go to the Dr's appt I was well enough to go there earlier in the day and this is  Despite me telling them both that I was NOT Well earlier but After Delivery of my Diabetic Medication and After a couple of hours I did Then feel a lot better so was Then able to attend my Drs appt!  The berating didn't stop there. One of them said "we bend over backwards for you"! then the Other Member parroted her as she also did when she repeated After her that "I had a Dr's appointment that day"! ^  I even Apologised to the first one who Still kept on at me. On reflection I feel I AM the one who deserves the Apology here. This awful experience has left me feeling a lot Worse mentally than before I walked in there and Id like to suggest that they hire some Temporary personnel to alleviate the problem of staff shortages as the Staff being stressed is One thing but Stressing out and Taking it out on Loyal Customers is Another, especially when their issue could easily be resolved by getting in a couple of Temp Staff!

Outstanding chemist. Sue should earn a doctors/phychatrist wage for her skills and time she spends with her customers. Not only Sue but the whole staff are a network of support for me and my medical issues. So lucky to have in Mosman park.

In reference to my prior Review here, I am currently in communication with Google to request that the review be deleted as I do not feel it reflects the overall 'picture' of the Pharmacy and Employees as a whole and as I have seen it over many years. I feel that the issue was very temporary and has now been resolved and I have accepted the apologies from Staff who I believe at the time were under a bit more pressure than usual due to a higher demand for business. The Staff go above and beyond for all their Customers and I highly recommend their great advice and services
