Online order missing items and they are saying I have received part of the order which I have not tracking number is saying that it does not exist will never purchase thought your online account again
A half a star is still too good for this business which has appalling customer service via there online shopping absolutely abhorrent I will never shop with rockmans ever again, cutting up my rewards card as I speak, I only received half of my order and trying to get a refund but no one answering emails OR phone calls, even head office has appalling customer service so when u see the biggest part of the business not doing well then it stands to reason the rest of the company is only going to follow suit, all I want is my $60 refund.
They have a great selection of clothing
