Very  helpful an friendly service. The Staff make me feel so special. It's a pleasure to shop for the larger clothing sizes. The sales staff are so accommodating.

Took my daughter in there, Rockams Midvalley, today to look for an outfit. We were told there was nothing in there that would fit her despite being able to fit into women's size 12 in other sister shops. I tried to explain that and the sales assistant flat out said NO.... I have never experienced such rude customer service before in my life. My daughter left feeling like she had done something wrong and that she wasn't welcome in the store.

Great staff bad management idea to make  it less disability freindly.
