I was in Rockhampton for a tournament and had a few computer jobs to do.nThe library had all I needed.nBeutiful design and good atmosphere.

Had an appointment scheduled here during the peak of CoVid restrictions and the team at the Rocky Library were consistently amazing in their follow-up as well as accommodating me when I was there! The service at this location is definitely what stood out for me during my entire business trip! Could not rate highly enough!

I decided to donate some books. to the library instead of dropping them of at Vinnies, as I good gesture. I was met with what do you want, with this I stated that I had phoned and spoke with a lovely lady. Telling me that someone would greet me and go through the books. needless to say. I was asked nothing. asked if, I guess you want the basket back then. This lady was very rude and had no time for what I was doing. this was Monday Morning 18th March. very rude and will give the rest of the books to Vinnie's.nif you don't like your job. leave, as no one should be subject to your nastiness!
