Awful , did not turn up for move and turned off phone so as to be uncontactable. do not use this company. Website says reliable and professional they are neither.
Awesome! Will move anytime of the day or night. Perfect if you work long hours. Very professional and careful. Will pack entire room or house evem including personal stuff which alot of remvalists wont touch. Perfect of you have a house mate who decides to disappear and leave their stuff behind. I highly recommend
Terrible service!! Booked 6 weeks in advance and they never turned up. I later found out they regularly double book and always take they higher paying job.
***DO NOT TOUCH THIS BUSINESS ** We were moving House, we booked with this company & had confirmation via text, the time & date. The day & time came... NO REMOVALISTS! Tried ringing ALL DAY, Phone was off...finally got on to him at the end of the day... said he couldn't do it... I HAVE SINCE LEARNT THAT VIA FACEBOOK, IT IS THE SALE STORY, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED , DAMAGED FURNITURE Lucky them for getting him to actually turn up in the First place! . IF YOU BOOK THEM, THEY WILL EITHER NOT TURN UP, OVERCHARGE YOU OR DAMAGE SOMETHING. ONE TO AVOID. We had to end up hiring a truck...caused a lot of stress to us. The people who bought our house, used 1800 Removals , they were brilliant & helped my husband out..
DO NOT USE!!!!! They always double book then turn up to which ever job looks like paying more. Terrible company!
DO NOT USE THIS REMOVALIST....thugs, liars and theifs whose use intimidation and give you a false quote then refuse to unload their truck.... criminals
Started the move then an hour later went home sick, told us they had someone else to come and take over the move but no-one showed up. Left us with all our possessions out on the grass. Only gave 1 star as there is no option to leave no stars.
"Rocket" is a complete scheister. Do not hire or trust in any way. He offered me a good price on a bicycle he took a fancy to when he moved my property, but when it came to actually sealing the deal, he showed up with $100 less than the agreed price, and betrayed my ill-considered trust by never paying the balance he owed me. Avoid dealing with this man at all costs.
Do NOT use this company. They ripped me off then tried to intimidate me when I mentioned them overcharging me.
They took my fence out and refused to repair it. Ended up costing me $500 to repair. Not Impressed.
