PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE CONSIDERING USING THIS DRY CLEANER. TRAUMATISED! Extremely upset and traumatised from my experience with the service at this dry cleaner. Not only did they ruin an expensive dress worth $800 that was only worn once/twice but they refused to provide any compensation for the dress replacement or even refund for the price of the service. THIS IS MY FIRST & LAST TIME visiting this dry cleaner. I had brought in my dress which only had makeup stains around the collar, hoping that the dry cleaner would be able to remove it. When I went to pick up the first time, it looked like the DRESS WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL with the makeup stains still present. They gave me the excuse and said that it must’ve been because the makeup was a similar colour to the dress so they must’ve just missed it this is foundation on a pink dress btw. On top of that, I noticed a brown ring on the chest of the dress that definitely was not present when I brought the dress to be dry cleaned. They assured me they’d be able to re-clean and remove the marks. This was on a Thursday, they told me to come back to pick up on the Saturday. I went to pick up on the Saturday morning, and you guessed it…. The dress was untouched. I called the “boss lady” and she replied with, “come pick up this afternoon, it will be cleaned.” My bf who was with me at the time suggested I take photos of the dress I’m so glad I did this. When I picked up my dress the second time…. I was shocked and livid to find that the BROWN RING on the chest was NOW A WHITE RING with DAMAGE on the FABRIC. Additionally, the pink on the dress had FADED significantly/ DISCOLOURED. On top of that, they LEFT A HOLE on one of the sleeves. It gets worse… there were now PATCHES OF BLUE MARKS around the underarm areas of the dress. My dress was completely ruined and they had the audacity to say it was my fault. They were unsympathetic and they REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR MISTAKE and instead, TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR THE DAMAGE to my dress. The staff even went as far as to accuse me of not knowing how to properly care for my clothing, which is completely untrue. I’m so baffled as to why they would not admit fault when I have clear photo evidence of the before and after. I’M JUST SO GLAD I HAVE PHOTO AND VIDEO EVIDENCE. THEY EVEN PREVENTED ME FROM TAKING THE DRESS HOME BECAUSE THEY THREATENED THAT IF I TOOK IT HOME I WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. I actually had to go back on Monday morning to retrieve the dress. Despite my attempts to reason with them, the staff remained dismissive and would not provide any compensation for their mistake. This is unacceptable, especially for a business that claims to have 10+ years of experience. APPALLING. After I retrieved it back on Monday, I took the dress to get advice from another dry cleaner a reputable one, I did my research this time. After examining this dress, this other dry cleaner could tell even before I showed them photos of what the dress looked like before the tsunami of an experience it had that: a the colour had faded significantly b the blue patches around the underarm was from a solvent they used c they had treated it with water which they were NOT SUPPOSE TO d it was definitely the dry cleaner’s fault In short, THEY HAD GONE AGAINST THE CARE LABEL INSTRUCTIONS. I have now gone to fair trading as they WOULD NOT COOPERATE AT ALL. Overall, I strongly advise against using this dry cleaner. Not only was my dress ruined, but the lack of customer service and refusal to take responsibility for their mistake is unacceptable. I hope others will take this warning and avoid similar disappointment. If you’ve read up to here, thank you for taking the time in reading this. I wanted to share this honest review in the hopes that no one else would have to experience the horrible experience I went through.

Altered my daughters difficult formal dress. Did a fantastic job. The ladies were all so lovely. Would highly recommend!
Staff were super friendly and professional. They did a great job with cleaning the king size quilt and mattress protector which were very yellow boys will be boys. Will definitely go back and recommend them highly.
Literally the only place I'll get my dry cleaning done. They've done countless suits and clothes for me. They've also don't some phenomenal work on formal dresses for my sisters. They owners are the sweetest people ever and really can't ask for a better service.

Livelife I just had the same experience regarding my $800 Canadian dollar Bogner pure white ski pants. I asked for them to remove the black dye that ran onto the white ski pants on either side of side of the zipper. The lady said she wouldn't charge me if she couldn't get the black dye out. I went today something seemed quite strange, a man maybe the owner who I've never met says he's met me but I never forget a face but he knew something, I'm sure he's heard the story about this before I did. The lady came out and knows my face and exactly which outfit I leave each time I go without having a problem any other time. She tells me they're not ready I said why she went and got them and she was using all sorts of excuses in the end now that I've read your review below she did the same thing to my pure white ski pants they are coloured light beige. The man tried to add to the story and say they weren't pure white when I took them in and I have photos of them they changed the whole colour of them. I am Furious at now they they have lost me as a customer and I will report them to Consumer Affairs. I'm not sure what's going on there sounds like they're burning the outfits or putting them in a dye trying to fix the problem. The labels of how to dry clean these expensive ski pants are written on them and if they cannot read it's in English they are not doing their job correctly. Do not give them anything white or like a wedding dress to get stains out they're not experienced do not go here. As an investigator I will be pursuing this problem
bg Gi I recommend you ask for replacement costs of your ski pants ...have evidence of the purchase and photos of pants. I took them to court and won. The judge was horrified with the lies they made up in front of the very judge! This business was below standards in how they operate. This will happen to future customers as clearly they have not learnt their lesson from my court case. Stay the heck away from this place!!
