Rock City Music Hall is an idea, a dream & soon to be a proposal put forward to build a state of the art Live Music Venue & put Gold Coast back on the map.

Story

With the idea that our Live Music Scene is of a dying breed, It is up to us, as musicians, as fans and as a community to band together (no pun intended) and show to all disbelievers that the Australian Live Music Scene still has an immense quantity of undiscovered musical talent. Yes we have our X- factors, Triple J's, and way too many other forms of free promotional facets to being discovered as a musician. Having said that, what we don't have, and especially here on the Gold Coast is a Venue Catered just for MUSIC and music only.

Gold Coast, from a tourism perspective has a lot to offer to the traveler. Great Beaches, Great theme parks, A good nightlife, but at no point, a state of the art, professional, venue for LIVE ORIGINAL MUSIC. Most venues do cater for music, along with food, pokies, a TAB and a DB level that would insult anyone out to hear a kick drum thumping through your veins or a bass line giving you goosebumps. Its unheard of here on the coast and something needs to change.

If you are a musician, A fan, or just an average punter willing to back a good cause, jump on board and help create awareness by supporting this page and giving all musicians a chance to perform their music live, in a venue created for music, to an audience that are there to support live original music.
