If only there were ‘0 stars’. I have been a regular customer since this business opened. Pharmacist on duty Sunday 17/4/22 - 2:17pm; rude, arrogant and condescending. Looking at recent reviews, what has happened to the customer service of staff, particularly, the pharmacists?  What staff training is occurring so others can avoid the experience I just had: and so publicly, too. Surely ‘Good Price Pharmacy’ corporate is aware of the overall star rating of this store, for the concerns I have are not too dissimilar to what has been previously reviewed.

Visited yesterday and was very impressed. We were looking for meal replacement shakes and were admirably assisted by the staff. Informative, friendly and very knowledgeable the lady was able to explain the various options available, their benefits and disadvantages  if any . Her final recommendation is suiting us to a  " T ". Will definitely visit this pharmacy again.

Today, 31st August, 2021 at 5:15pm, I was refused service.  I have a medical exemption and do not wear a mask.  The chemist who communicated the refusal of service to me was rude.  I wish I got his name. He said the owner decided to not serve unmasked people.  Descrimination.  This company will never get my business again, nor any of my friends and family.  Edit:  The area manager called me after I made complaint via their website.  The store was acting not in line with Good Price franchise policies and action has been taken to correct this particular stores' management of this situation. I need to leave the rating as 1 star for the experience, but, I commend Good Price franchise upper management for identifying and correcting this stores behaviour.  I won't be shopping at this particular store ever again, but I'd now be happy to shop at any of their other stores.

The pharmacist are always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help.
