Been going to Robert for 5 years now. Never had a problem. Gets the job done for a reasonable price. And helps me out as much as he can.

I used to use Robert Read and Associates 5 to 6 years ago and had done for a few years and they were great. Due to personal circumstances I hadn't been able to use them for a few years but came back to them the first chance I got and I must say what a big disappointment. The lack of communication and the constant non return of phone calls after the initial consultation is extremely unprofessional to say the least. I was told my tax return would be lodged but 3 weeks later found that it wasn't, simple things like getting an invoice and receipt emailed or getting phone calls returned and when they are being hung up on abruptly. I used to recommend Robert Read and Associates to everyone I knew but I will no longer do that nor will I use them again. I am not one to put a review like this online for the world to see but I am perplexed as to how someone can operate a business the way these guys do and feel I have no other way to get my point across. Avoid the guys at all cost!!!
