A few months ago, I had the pleasure of brunching at roasting warehouse in airport West. I'm not much of a coffee connoisseur but was keen to try their take on the viral Mont Blanc. It was citrusy, smooth and creamy. It was the food that absolutely wowed me though. I had saw they had a signature avo and chilli dish and thought yeah there's no way I'm ordering avo on toast until I saw it come out on the pass and immediately changed my mind. I'm so glad I did. It was the best avo toast I've ever had. Period. Just a perfect execution of simple fresh flavours that was zingy, zesty, creamy and just the right amount of spice. Pops of the goat's cheese was a lovely addition as well. The other must order dish is the hash brown Benedict. A heavier and meatier contrast of braised brisket, Potato hash, spinach, hollandaise and poached eggs but just so delicious. My reccomendation is to share always. We also got the Pork Rib Sandwich which was so savoury but we were honestly content with our first two dishes. Service was attentive and the place was just buzzing. Great place to for some weekend brunching and then a quick stop to La Manna made it a perfect Sunday!
I found a fantastic breakfast spot right after I landed. The customs officer highly recommended it. He even went as far as to thoroughly inspect my bag and luggage.. for drugs and firearms
Had a beautiful brunch at this place. The atmosphere is lovely, a little noisy sitting near the roasting machines but this is expected. Food was delicious A little hard to find parking. Highly recommended, a great variety of food.
If you’re a coffee lover you’ve definitely heard of the roasting warehouse! I ate brunch here- the location is huge!! They’ve got some new great menu and drink specials- the tiramisu Mont Blanc was my favourite and I also loved their iced strawberry matcha latte. The hash brown Benedict was my favourite dish here. The dedicated roastery is on show for you to see as well
I’ve come here for years and keep coming back because they have never once disappointed me.nnThe coffee is always really good and the food is hearty.nnThe staff are always attentive and lovely too!
