Would NOT recommend buying from here!!!! Horrendous experience! I bought a car on Thursday 29/3/2018.. and on Saturday 31/3/2018 the Engine light came on! TWO DAYS! after I bought it! I took the car back to the dealership and asked for a refund on the car. The staff was pleasant and insisted they would have to get the owner to authorise the transaction. We waited 30 minutes and the owner came in. He was very arrogant and stated we could not get a refund. He was very unprofessional, intimidating and rude! and told my partner to “shut up!” after she stated that on the agreement it stated we were entitled to a refund if we cancel it within the first 5 working days. He dismissed this, and lead us to believe we couldn’t. He then said he will fix the car but we have to wait until Tuesday for the part. We stood our ground and said it has to happen today. He then wanted us to go and pick up the part ourselves which was ridiculous! We did not go and pick up the part he got one of his employees to do it. Eventually we managed to get it fixed after spending around 6 hours there going back and forth. The owner was very patronising and unprofessional with zero customer service skills! Would not recommend here!

We wanted to buy a small car for my parents. Mum suggested to go RK cars as she was listening about them on radio. Pranesh met us at front and greeted us. He diligently showed us all the option within our choice and budget range. We were very well looked after with refreshments and the paperwork was done in no time. I quite like the way they details all thing and inform us of the correct procedure they use. With a generous complementary full tank of gas in the new car we were on our way down south. Easy buy and good after sale service people
