Our car has gear box problems ( O/D off warning sign is on all the time when driving) and it cannot shift gear automatically as it should be. We went to this place and they helped me check my car with their computer detector, and then they added some oil into the gearbox and then told me ' It should be ok now!' without checking the computer or any other stuff again. All the procedures finish within 5 minutes. I was happy at the first time since I thought the problem was solved . However, after I left this place with my car, the warning sign is still on and my car still can't shift gear automatically...... I realize that Nothing has changed before and after they added some oil into that box...... Sadly, I have to find another place and time to fix my car again.

Hi Matt. I'm just letting you know that my wife and I continued on our journey to Melbourne then Corowa and on to home at Moruya NSW , we thank you very much for taking the time out of your busy day to help a traveler in trouble, not only did you solve the problem but you did it with the great attitude of 'lets have a look and see what I can do!' and to top this outstanding service, 'I asked how much do I owe you,' you said ' she'll be right.' My grand daughter and her boyfiend had them fix a welsh plug on their car and it is leaking still we have photos. My husband went and saw them and they said they replaced the back one you can't see by taking off the manafold but it hasn't been removed and the gasket hasn't been replaced as you would expect, so now he is denying he did it that way, he squeezed in from underneath . The front right one you can see has a hole and is rusty. Why wou you replace one you can't see and leave the one leaking that you can see. Perhaps because they are young and live 3.5 hour away they thought they would get away with it. He even had the check to ring them and say you don't have the money to take me to court so I'm not warried. What a nasty man.
