My normal GP operates out of a private clinic and is away on holidays. I was recommended by my private clinic to use this service until she returns.nnThe Clinic is clean and reception is very helpful. I have been with my current private practice for over 10years, and this practice has presented the same high standards. I felt comfortable and the treating doctor was very informative and sincere.nnI recommend reaching out to this service.nnKind Regards

I’ve had bad experiences at this clinic time and time again. The waiting times go up to 40 mins every time I’ve been here only to have my appointment last around 2 minutes.nThe doctor didn’t greet me or ask me how I was. She stood 3m away from me at all times and did not perform a clinical exam on me. I told her what my problem was and instead of asking further questions or performing a thorough exam on me, she went straight to just prescribing me with Antibiotics and Steroids and didn’t give proper instructions on how to take them.  I felt rushed through the whole process and I feel like most doctors here haven’t met the standard of care expected from them. It feels like they don’t care at all. Will not be coming here again.

I’ve been here twice now, very pleasant staff and Doctor. Very handy having Pathology right there too. Easy online booking, and quick checkin.nEven though both of my appointments were last ones of the day, I was only waiting 15 mins over my app time.nI like the Doctor I’m seeing, this is now my GP.

Reception staff are lovely.nDoctors are a different story. Attended my appointment today as per directions from the hospital.nSpoke to the doctor about my pain Diagnosed Pancreatitis.nDoctor treated me like a drug seeker and provided no assistance for pain management.nI would actually like to get back to work, but can't as no care was provided to me today. Absolutely shattered.

Dr Aaron Santos is fantastic. He genuinely cares about his patients and always insists on a follow-up should symptoms persist. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality medical advice. Thank you again Aaron for your continued care.
