Charlotte & Mike really know customer service and how to impress their guests. It all started with a lovely welcome email after booking my stay online. On arrival, I was shown to my room, and had a lovely talk about the area, the eateries and amenities. Mike & Charlotte are both wonderful hosts and should be very very proud of what they have in Rangiora.nThe room was spotless, the location was great and absolutely nothing was a problem. I stay in lots of different places due to my job and this is right up there with some of the best. Support local business as these guys do it extremely well! Look forward to staying again next time I'm in the region! Well Done!
With a last minute decision to change accommodation we were accommodated at Riverstone. The lady at the reception was welcoming and so helpful. The room was immaculate, location of this motel was next to a Bar and restaurant with great food, was also walking distance to the Pak n Save...what more could you need. Thank you.
Travelling for business, the Riverstone was a welcome retreat after a long day on the road. The hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and quick to lend a hand with our oversized parking requirements. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and fast wifi. We highly recommend staying at the Riverstone Rangiora!
Stayed for one night, it was such a nice, tidy room. Easily fit myself, husband and 3 kids comfortably without feeling cramped. Owners were super lovely and the price was excellent. Highly recommend and will defo stay ago next time we are in Rangiora.
