This is a great outdoor concert area at the Brisbane Botanical Gardens. 9,000-10,000 capacity. There is no seating except for the VIP area, so you can sit on the grass or dance the night away. Food and Beverage outlets are available during the shows.
Riverstage is a Fabulous Venue for Concerts.nnLocated within a relatively easy walk across the Goodwill Bridge not far from Southbank Railway Station.nnSaw Bachelor Girl, Gabriella Chilmi & The CORRS.nnHad a Great Night.nnLots of Food Vans and Drinks were available.nnPlenty of Toilet Facilities also.nnCan Recommend spending extra for allocated seating
This was my first time attending the Sound of Music Classical at Riverstage. The venue was great! The stage is located at the bottom of a slope which made it easier for me to see the whole event.nIt rained heavily that evening but we still had the most fun. The event went on as planned.
Recently attended the Ministry of Sound concert at Riverstage, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The venue is well-designed, with plenty of room and space to move around comfortably, even in a big crowd. The stage is perfectly positioned, with excellent sound and lighting that really enhances the atmosphere. No matter where you’re standing, you get a great view and immersive experience.nnThe grounds were well-kept, and they had everything needed for a great night—plenty of portable toilets, good food stalls, and smooth organization overall. It’s clear the team behind Riverstage knows how to create an enjoyable and hassle-free event.nnIf you’re considering attending a concert here, I can’t recommend it enough. The vibe, setup, and overall experience were top-notch!
Seating and standing room. Great providing it doesn’t rain. Staff not allowed to put ice in drinks that don’t come with ice. For instance, the wine has been poured for 30 minutes and It was almost room temperature when we purchased it but they won’t give you any ice fruit. Ridiculous.
