Absolutely ridiculous!! I paid $25 to get me washing washed dried and folded, and when I got home after collecting it... HALF OF MY LAUNDRY ARE MISSING!! Rang their number over half a dozen times and someone picks up the phone then hangs it up! Not even a hello??? I have lost towels facecloths and most importantly work clothes!! Poor service and missing clothes.. Not happy at all!!!
Went in to dry sheets at 6pm and spent $10 for 2 dryers that didn't even get hot. I less then half filled each dryer like the signs said but had to move to a different dryer after 30mins and $10
Nothing was too much hassle- Staff are always on the move, Happy to help, and great at what they do! Dumped off an emergency BULK load of items due to a water leak, and they had it all washed/ dried/ folded for me the next day. The shop was PACKED full of laundry, so they definitely do my items so quickly because they had nothing else to do… Just extremely efficient. Will be back!
After recently moving house I needed a place to wash my work clothes so I didn't look like a scrub at work. After using the washing machines on the right hand side of the building all of my work clothes which are high viz All have little black rings on them from the drainage rings inside the washing machines...... Any of the other clothing that was close to the bottom of the bowl when it finished its drain cycle was covered in all of the dirt and grime from the rest of the clothing They didn't wash the clothes they simply moved the dirt of one piece of clothing and saturated other pieces of clothing in the dirt... And forth at service i paid 20 dollars the Only washing machine that seems do its Job was the first one on the left hand side. Rather than coming here you would be better off hand washing your clothing.
Gas operated dryer took 2 $1 dollar coins but never turned on again.
I would like to say thank you to the wonderful staff here, we are in Townsville due to family being in ICU we needed washing done we done our washing but the dryers were full they said leave it with them come back later you go, so myself & my son went back to the hospital I rang to see if our washing was dryed they said yes when I got there the lady brought it out to my car free of charge & folded I cannot thank you enough you guys were welcoming helpful thank you all very much ill reccomend you guys to all & anyone
Anthony, I have the same problem in my washing machine at home and in laundromat when I have been travelling, my fault entirely, in a hurry and well and truly. overloaded them. Lesson. Learnt.

great service and a friendly atmosphere.cleanest laundry mat in town.. love the idea of dropping off your washing and picking it up that arvo for $5 per kilo
