Went there to buy some items for my son. Apparently the refund policy is only credit note so I left my $250 worth of items behind. Note to owners. There was hardly anyone in the store, staff were so busy??? not concerned at all I wasn't proceeding with the purchase and were not interested as to why. Therefore feedback is that you have an antiquated refund. I won't be returning unless things change. I actually remember this store closing and it's now opened again?? So much competition in retail so get modern or fade out of significance. Even online shopping will give a refund...
Morley store ok but ordered 7 summer tops online on the 17th December 2021 and still have not received them as @ 6.2.22 they have had my money for over 55 days and will never order online with Rivers again, not happy and at this rate I'll have to wear my tops next summer if I every receive them.
I was surprised by a visit to the rivers store in Morley I had been to one in marangaroo and it was a dogs breakfast, untidy and hard to find stuff with staff standing behind the counter saying ‘over there’ and pointing to an area of pies up clothes. Rivera in Morley was amazingly tidy and well laid out Easy to see what we wanted the staff were helpful and we bought 3 pairs of shoes and a too for $50 so great value for money I was impressed and will go back. The have some big brands in the store at reasonable prices too. Well done to the manager on this presentation.
Great Store, really nice staff, so much variety, sizes are abundant. Store is huge and has a lot stock, new and sale items, can sometime be a little messy but so can any store. They have a lot of Sales & sell the most comfortable winter boots!! Overall great shopping experience.
Rivers have a range of mens & womens casual clothing plus footware at affordable prices. They often have things on special or certain items on clearance sales which are very good value.
Have been here a few times and it is pretty clear that this places are a cheap alternative to real clothing stores, service is non-existant and displays are messy at best. Picked up a pack of sportz socks and a pack of underwear. I had asked the person behind the counter for some help and after purchasing these items realised later that the socks were way too small and the underwear size given was way too big. I rang and mentioned this as well as told them that neither the socks or underwear had been worn, only to be told that although they were having issues with the socks being supplied apparently the sizes stated on the packet where wrong to actual sizes given tough, there was a no exchange policy in place and I should have known. Would not recommend this place. Further note, the other store I visited in girrawheen was even worse and the manager there was not helpful at all, apart from telling me "no exchange policy was in place and if I had an issue with this, she told me to call customer service!" I suppose this type of service results in fewer and fewer people frequenting their stores.
Good prices for casual shoes and some bargain clothes.
You can be sure of reasonable quality, Rivers stuff lasts a long time and can be quite comfortable. Rivers stores are always messy and often don't have the style you want at the size you need, particularly for shoes. Still I always recommend trying Rivers first.
Great pick of clothes and shoes great prices.. I'm impressed. Staff are lovely here and helpful.
Nice shop we bought some clothes for my husband and myself. The saleslady wad very helpfull.
