We recently had RiverCity Asbestos in to remove the asbestos we had present in our new home. The experience was thoroughly professional and just so easy for us. We were kept up to date and really felt like we informed the whole way through. It was lovely knowing we could go away on holidays and know that everything was being taken care of back here. The team at RiveCity Asbestos were brilliant. I cannot praise the team highly enough. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for our us including removal of additional materials and managed to save ceiling materials which further saved us money later in our renovation! I found this company from Google reviews so I thought it only fitting to leave one myself. I can not fault the experience I've had with RiverCity Asbestos, they were well priced, punctual, great communication and left the site clean. They did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
We had a notification from Ross that asbestos removal work would be commencing at the premises next door. My small granddaughter was going to be visiting so I rang Ross with my concerns. He was very understanding and suggested they would commence work on our side of the house before she came and then move inside later, which they did. Through the entire process they kept us informed. We were very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail shown by RiverCity. I would recommend them without question.
Ross and the team were very easy to deal with. They provided a prompt quote, turned up on time, communicated throughout the day to advise when they were on their way and when the job was completed. Everything was left clean and tidy. We'll definitely use them again for future jobs.

Excellent service right from the beginning. I needed the job done quickly and they obliged by fitting me in. Their price was extremely good - much better than others I looked up. The guys who did the work were friendly and positive - despite the fact that this house gave them some grief. I would definitely use them again.
